The Reversed Evolution of Eating.

In the radiance of the stars
Books are devoured.

Segments of inspiration transformed into words
A plethora of life, death and chaos
A twenty-six piece amalgam

Ever consumable
 - ever consuming.

The poorest of tales can awaken genius
While the most revered can beg indifference
The humanity of the reader remains subjective in taste.

If words be the essence of spirit, allow us to gorge.
It's saturation will provoke self-engineering of our demise

In the literary menu,
Allow us to first whisper grace
For soon we shall learn ourselves among the platform under which
we once devoured.
